we are looking for an experienced HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, manual HR operations, contractor compliance, and workforce documentation across multiple construction and real estate project sites.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Karnataka labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, Form Q filings, BOCW compliance, contractor workforce management, and manual HR administration processes.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll ManagementManage end-to-end payroll processing for corporate and site employees.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, incentives, and manpower reports.
  • Process salary calculations, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and payroll reports.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and salary-related concerns.
  • Manage Full & Final Settlements, leave encashment, notice pay recovery, and exit formalities.
  • Manual HR OperationsMaintain employee personal files and HR records manually and digitally.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, document verification, and induction.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR documentation using Excel.
  • Generate HR MIS reports and workforce data reports.
  • Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and separation processes.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of personnel records and statutory documents.
  • Statutory ComplianceManage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and labour law compliance.
  • Generate PF ECR files and ensure timely statutory remittances.
  • Handle ESIC registrations, employee insurance records, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and submit Form Q and other Karnataka Labour Department filings.
  • Maintain statutory registers, wage registers, attendance registers, and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to Karnataka Labour Laws and Minimum Wages regulations.
  • Coordinate with Labour Department, PF Office, and ESIC authorities during inspections and audits.
  • BOCW & Construction Labour ComplianceManage Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) compliance documentation.
  • Maintain labour workforce records and labour welfare documentation.
  • Support BOCW cess compliance requirements.
  • Maintain labour colony records and site workforce documentation.
  • Verify contractor compliance before processing contractor invoices.
  • RERA & Project ComplianceMaintain project-wise manpower cost allocation records.
  • Support Finance Team with manpower cost reports for RERA documentation.
  • Track workforce deployment and labour cost allocation across projects.
  • Assist in project compliance reporting and workforce audits.
  • Site & Contractor CoordinationConduct regular visits to project sites and labour camps.
  • Audit contractor attendance, wage records, PF, ESIC, PT, and labour licence compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, project teams, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Support labour inspections and statutory audits.
  • Required QualificationsEducationMBA (HR)
  • M.Com
  • Bachelor's Degree with HR / Labour Law Specialization
  • Experience2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Labour, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports)
