HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management

• Oversee and validate end-to-end monthly payroll processing

• Ensure accuracy in salary structure, variable pay, reimbursements, and deductions

• Manage payroll compliance including TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and labor welfare

• Handle payroll audits and coordinate with finance teams

• Resolve complex payroll-related queries and escalations

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Design and drive employee engagement and retention strategies

• Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities

• Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

• Partner with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and productivity

• Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

• Drive and improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes

• Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles

• Ensure HR data accuracy and reporting through HRMS
