About the RoleHealfeel Health Coach is a unique Health & Wellness Leadership Program designed for individuals who are passionate about helping people improve their health while building a sustainable and rewarding career.

As a Health Coach, you will educate communities about preventive healthcare, conduct health awareness campaigns, support wellness programs, and develop a professional team of Health Coaches. This role offers opportunities for both Active Income and Passive Income through leadership development and team growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Wellness ActivitiesConduct health awareness programs and wellness campaigns.
• Assist individuals in understanding healthy lifestyle practices.
• Promote preventive healthcare education.
• Support free health check-up initiatives and wellness events.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and communities.
• Business DevelopmentIdentify and connect with potential clients and Health Coach candidates.
• Generate referrals and expand the customer network.
• Develop local market presence through outreach activities.
• Maintain professional records and follow-up systems.
• Leadership & Team BuildingRecruit, train, and mentor new Health Coaches.
• Develop leadership skills within the team.
• Organize team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Create a positive, productive, and growth-oriented culture.
• Support team members in achieving their personal and professional goals.
