About the Role We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers, build long-term relationships, and help grow Fit Street's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.
• Explain FitStreet's products and services to potential customers.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments or sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead management.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with existing leads until closure.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
