Job Description

Billing: Manage and process invoices accurately.

Quotation Preparation: Create quotations for clients based on requirements.

Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports in PDF and Excel formats.

Mathematical Calculations: Perform accurate calculations for financial and operational tasks.

Tender Document Review: Read and analyze tender documents for compliance and opportunities.

MIS Work: Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) records.

Customer Follow-up: Handle customer calls to follow up on orders, payments and ensure timely processing.
