Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and support the

sales team effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling team operations,

maintaining discipline, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth workflow on the

floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the team effectively

• Guide and support agents in daily operations

• Monitor daily reporting and attendance

• Maintain regular follow-ups with team members

• Solve agents’ queries and provide proper guidance

• Support the team in achieving assigned targets

• Maintain discipline and smooth workflow

Requirements

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Team handling experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of sales and follow-up process

• Target-oriented and disciplined candidate preferred

• Problem-solving and coordination skills
