Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing and shipment readiness.
Arrange pickups with courier and transport partners.
Generate dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and shipping labels as required.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update tracking details.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Ensure products are dispatched as per company quality and packaging standards.
Handle return shipments and coordinate replacement or reverse logistics.
Maintain stock movement and dispatch reports.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
