Position: Store Manager

Department: Stores & Inventory

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely availability of materials for production, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing material losses, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch.
• Implement FIFO and proper storage practices.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Accounts.
• Supervise store staff and maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
• Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory management, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Inventory accuracy of 99% or above.
• Timely material availability with minimal stock shortages.
• Accurate documentation and data entries.
• Effective stock control with reduced material loss and wastage.
• Compliance with safety and company procedures.
