Handle and manage multiple student batches simultaneously.

Organize and conduct mock interview sessions and provide constructive feedback.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to support students in their placement preparation.

Monitor candidate attendance and maintain accurate records.

Track student performance and ensure readiness for placement opportunities.

Assist candidates with resume preparation, profile enhancement, and interview preparation.

Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and recruiters to ensure smooth placement operations.

Follow up with candidates after interviews and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Support candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview scheduling to offer acceptance.

Maintain placement reports, student databases, and placement-related documentation.

Work towards achieving batch-wise placement targets and improving placement success rates.
