Reports To HR Manager / Head of HR
Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employment documents.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Support employee engagement activities and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong HR knowledge may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ATS software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management.
- Basic understanding of HR analytics and reporting.
- Working ConditionsFull-time, office-based role.
- Standard working hours with flexibility during recruitment drives and HR events.
