🚨 URGENT HIRING – Business Development Executive (Female)

Position: Business Development Executive (Female)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Average ₹5,000)

Location:

Crescent Business Square, A/601, 6th Floor, Khairani Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400072

Work Schedule:

• 🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 📅 Monday to Friday

• Job ResponsibilitiesResearch, track, maintain, and update leads.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Contact prospects and qualify leads.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns for clients and prospects.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database.
• Conduct market and client research to identify potential leads.
• Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to support the sales process.
• Skills RequiredExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in cold calling.
• Strong research and database management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good project management and time management skills.
• Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development.
