Job Description

Prepare quotations and submit to customers.

Handle purchase enquiries and follow up with suppliers.

Maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders, Invoices, Challans, and other documents.

Manage e-mails, phone calls, and customer communications.

Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.

Update customer records and maintain MIS reports.

Assist in preparing technical documents, TC/GC, and other project-related paperwork.

Follow up with customers regarding payments and delivery schedules.

Operate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM software if required.
