JL Mathematics Teacher – Job Description (JD)
Job Title: Junior Lecturer (JL) – Mathematics
Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics to Intermediate (11th & 12th) students.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and question papers.
Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques effectively.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Prepare students for Board Exams and competitive exams such as EAMCET, JEE, and other entrance tests.
Maintain student attendance, performance records, and academic reports.
Participate in faculty meetings and academic activities.
Qualifications:
M.Sc. Mathematics / B.Ed. (preferred).
Previous teaching experience in Intermediate colleges or coaching institutes is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Mathematics and problem-solving methods.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online teaching platforms.
Salary: As per institution norms and candidate experience.
