About the Role: Sloka International School, Vikarabad, is seeking dynamic and experienced Academic Incharges / Coordinators to lead and support academic excellence across the school. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure effective implementation of the academic curriculum.

• Support, mentor, and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate academic activities, assessments, and examinations.
• Track student performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards and school policies.
• Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals.
• Organize teacher training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience.
• Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.
• Prior experience in academic coordination or leadership roles is preferred.
• Experience in the CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
