Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.
  • Counsel students about courses, batch details, exam preparation, fee structure, and admission process.
  • Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses or programs.
  • Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
  • Build good rapport with students and parents through professional communication.
  • Explain the benefits of online courses, offline classes, test series, study materials, and other offerings.
  • Coordinate with the sales, academic, and operations teams for smooth admission support.
  • Handle objections and resolve queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and exams.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/conversion targets.
  • Guide junior counsellors and support the team in improving counselling quality.
  • Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.
