Student Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counselor to join our educational institute. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to guide students about courses, admissions, and career opportunities while supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career options
• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-ups for admissions
• Explain course details, fees, and enrollment procedures clearly
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up
• Maintain student inquiry records and admission reports
• Coordinate with the academic and admin team for smooth admission processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle admissions targets and student queries confidently

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives

Location: Hyderabad
