Sales & Marketing Executive

Handle outbound and inbound customer calls to generate sales leads, promote products/services, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Responsible for explaining product features, offers, and benefits to customers, addressing their queries, and building strong customer relationships. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer data accurately in CRM/ERP systems, update call records, and track lead status. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience.

Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and performance updates. Monitor customer feedback, identify potential sales opportunities, and contribute to business growth through effective communication and relationship management.

Experience Required: Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
