Job Description

• End-to-end recruitment

• Source candidates through job portals and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers

• Meet hiring targets and ensure positive candidate experience.

• 1–4 years recruitment experience

• IT/ITES/BPO/International/Healthcare hiring experience

• Excellent English communication

• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna or Indeed

• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
