Real Estate Sales Executive

About Us: Porchlight Realty is Bengaluru's first and only 360° real estate services company covering buying, selling, leasing, property management, maintenance, and legal services.

This is primarily an office-based (backend) role at our BTM Layout office, with occasional field visits.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to buyers, sellers, and property owners; follow up on leads consistently until closure
• - Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into site visits and sales
• - Find and source new properties through owner outreach, property portals, and local networks
• - Prepare costing and pricing analysis of properties with comparative market rates across Bangalore
• - Post and manage property listings on portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker) and social media
• - Support WhatsApp, email, and online marketing campaigns
• - Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• - Coordinate with the field executive for site visits and property inspections
• - Assist with property management coordination between owners and tenants

Requirements:

• Age 30 years and above
• - Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales, tele-calling, and lead management
• - Strong knowledge of Bangalore property areas, pricing trends, and costing
• - English and Kannada essential; Hindi/Telugu preferred
• - Comfortable with property portals, MS Office/Excel, and WhatsApp

Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week. Weekly off: Tuesday only.

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (based on interview and experience) plus performance incentives.
