Job Description
* Lead and manage a team of 15+ BDEs and Team Leaders.
* Drive merchant acquisition through QR and Sound Box deployments.
* Conduct merchant revisits and ensure active merchant engagement.
* Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
* Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
