Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
*Conduct quality checks on products before storage, packing, and dispatch.
*Identify, document, and report damaged, defective, or non-conforming products.
*Maintain quality inspection records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
*Ensure proper product handling, storage, and packaging to prevent damage.
*Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
*Monitor inventory for expired, damaged, or obsolete stock and initiate corrective actions.
*Ensure compliance with company quality policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
*Participate in internal audits and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
*Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
*Verify product labeling, batch numbers, expiry dates, and documentation accuracy.
*Assist in implementing quality control procedures and maintaining warehouse quality standards.
