Job Description

Job Role

A Sales Executive responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful closure of property transactions. This role involves a combination of phone calls, property visits, and client follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls to introduce real estate services and generate interest.
  • Property Presentations
  • Arrange property viewings and accompany clients on site visits.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain regular contact to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Implement a structured follow-up process to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Regularly report sales activities, progress, and results to management.
  • Telecalling
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and inquiries.
  • Provide information about available properties, their features, and pricing.
  • Answer client queries and address concerns in a professional and informative manner.
  • Maintain a courteous and persuasive communication style to engage potential clients.
  • Video Creation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging property showcase videos.
  • Ensure videos are well-scripted, visually appealing, and effectively showcase the property's unique selling points.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persevere through rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
