About Us

Maaesa Creations is one of India's fastest-growing handcrafted fashion brands, serving customers across major marketplaces and D2C channels. With a team of 90+ professionals, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Portals Manager to lead our marketplace operations and drive growth across platforms.

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur (Near JNU University)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage catalogue listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and other marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams to resolve listing, order, payment and operational issues.
• Raise and track tickets to closure for all portal-related concerns.
• Analyze sales, returns and order reports to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Plan, optimize and monitor advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
• Create and manage FBA/FBF shipments and replenishment planning.
• Manage inventory through OMS and ensure stock accuracy across channels.
• Lead and supervise teams handling order processing, returns and marketplace operations.
• Monitor account health, pricing, content quality and overall marketplace performance.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.

• Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of catalogue management, inventory planning, marketplace advertising and account operations.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience with OMS/ERP platforms and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
