Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, engaging with customers, generating leads, promoting products or services, addressing customer queries, and achieving assigned sales or customer service targets.

• Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Explain products and services to customers and identify their needs.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards.
