We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build strong customer relationships.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding the distribution network. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG industry and possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, salons, pharmacies, and key accounts.
- Promote and sell the company's cosmetics and skincare product portfolio.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility.
- Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure product availability and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the marketing and product teams.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotional activities with customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, daily sales reports, and territory performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
- Participate in product launches, trade exhibitions, promotional events, and dealer meets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
