Job Description
- Customer Service: Warmly greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries about services, turnaround times, and pricing.
- Tagging Lable: Tagging Lable to garments with bill number
- Order Intake: Inspect garments with the customer for stains or damage, note any special cleaning instructions, assign tags, and issue collection tickets.
- Billing & Payments: Generate invoices, process transactions (cash, cards, or digital payments), and maintain accurate daily sales records
- Order Management: Organize and track incoming and outgoing garments. Verify cleaned items against the customer's ticket, and pack them neatly for pickup or delivery.
- Front Desk Administration: Maintain a clean, organized reception area. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to owner
