Job Description
Company: Credivanta Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Language Requirements: Hindi (Mandatory), English (Intermediate); Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Opening: Collection Executive (Experience: 0 to 4 years)
Responsibility:
• Proficient in contacting customers via phone calls to collect outstanding payments.
• Proactively informing customers about pending loan dues and the corresponding amounts owed.
• Utilizing alternative communication channels such as SMS or WhatsApp to deliver billing messages if customers are unavailable to answer phone calls.
• Clearly explaining to customers, the potential risks associated with non- payment and engaging in effective communication to identify the best solutions for completing payments.
