Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand our client base for digital marketing and digital media services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, understand client marketing objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized digital solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities.

Business Development & Sales

* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels, and industry events.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and commercial agreements.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability targets.
Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
* Understand client business goals, marketing challenges, and growth opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor by recommending suitable digital marketing solutions.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients to account management teams.
Reporting & Performance Tracking

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Track pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications

* 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a Digital Marketing Agency, Media Agency, Advertising Agency, or MarTech company.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business revenue.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
