Inside Sales Intern
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office )
Internship Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5000–₹7,000/month (Based on Performance)

Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Interns who enjoy talking to customers and closing sales. You will engage with leads, understand customer requirements, explain our services, and convert interested prospects into paying customers.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, business development, or customer success.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right service.
- Explain Pilot's license assistance services and pricing.
- Handle customer objections and build trust.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve the sales process.
RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Confident speaking over phone calls.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Preferred QualificationsPursuing or recently completed any degree (BBA, BCom, BTech, MBA, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development is a plus (not mandatory).
