Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor (Architecture & Interior Projects)
Location: Kolkata & Nearby Areas
Qualification: ITI (Civil/Construction/Relevant Trade)
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day architectural and interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Manage site labor, material usage, and site housekeeping.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- ITI qualification in a relevant trade.
- Basic understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby project locations.
- Ability to handle site execution independently.
Salary: As per experience 16000-30000 and more
