Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum video grapher who can shoot and edit talking-head reels and YouTube videos for doctors and healthcare professionals. Your work will directly impact how medical experts show up online.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos & Shorts (primarily talking-head content)
- Add clean cuts, captions, transitions, zooms, and relevant B-roll
- Create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Sync subtitles accurately (English)
- Maintain a professional, minimal, and premium editing style suitable for healthcare
- Follow brand guidelines and content briefs
- Deliver edits on time with scope for quick revisions
- Requirements Proven experience in editing talking reels / YouTube videos
- Strong command of tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Good understanding of social media trends and pacing
- Ability to make content engaging without overdoing effects
- Attention to detail and storytelling flow
- Bonus: Experience editing content for doctors, educators, or personal brands
