Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth ticket management.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
- Provide technical support for projector-related hardware and software issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution for customer complaints.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and service records.
- Prioritize and manage assigned tasks effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Track and update customer issues regularly in the ticketing system.
- Support knowledge sharing by documenting common issues and solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in technical support or service operations, preferably in electronics or projectors.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
- Familiarity with SLA management and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
