Job Type: Full-Time (6-Day Work Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

Senaix is a fast-growing technology venture focused on building innovative software and e-commerce infrastructure. We are looking for high-energy, ambitious, and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our core team for our premier platform, NISSU (NISSU.in).

As a Sales Executive, your primary mission will be to accelerate user onboarding, convert potential leads into active platform users, and maintain excellent customer relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting aggressive growth targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital networking to introduce the NISSU platform to target audiences and convert them into registered, active users.

Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up with potential prospects, understand their needs, and guide them smoothly through the registration and onboarding pipeline.

Product Demonstrations: Confidently explain the value proposition, features, and benefits of NISSU to prospects over phone calls, video meets, or digital presentations.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily calling metrics and monthly user acquisition targets to drive rapid platform growth.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new users, address queries or objections, resolve complaints with a problem-solving mindset, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.

Data & CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales data into our CRM database to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Cross-Functional Feedback: Gather direct user feedback and market insights to collaborate with the technical and product teams for ongoing platform improvements.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Customer Support (Freshers with a strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).

Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada or Hindi is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our target market.

Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office, and a quick ability to learn digital tools and CRM software.

Core Strengths: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills. Must be resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections.

Work Ethic: Ability to work productively in a high-intensity, target-oriented environment.
