Job Description
Job Summary
· 3 to 6 years combining front-office handling with entry-level bookkeeping.
This hybrid profile requires a well-presented professional to coordinate the front reception desk while managing day-to-day accounts data entry at our Jigini site office.
Key Responsibilities
· Guest Management: Welcome arriving property buyers, walk-in leads, and construction vendors warmly.
· Financial Tracking: Issue immediate token payment receipts, log booking advances, and reconcile site petty cash.
· Data Processing: Log office utility costs, vendor invoices, and recurring expenses into accounting platforms.
· Office Administration: Route inbound calls, arrange incoming couriers, and maintain neat physical document files.
Required Competencies
· Hands-on operating experience with Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
· Warm, clear telephone manner and verbal communication in English and Kannada.
· Strong multitasking capabilities and neat ledger bookkeeping habits.
