Job Summary
· We are searching for 16 aggressive, target-driven Sales Managers to expand our customer base. This front-line leadership role centers on converting leads, organizing project walk-through, and building strategic broker circles. Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Conversion: Turn digital and marketing leads into confirmed site visits and formal bookings.
· Client Walkthroughs: Present project blueprints, layout advantages, financial loan structures, and payment options professionally.
· Target Audits: Meet monthly unit booking goals and ensure transparent documentation.
Required Competencies
· Strong understanding of geographic layout advantages (e.g., North Bengaluru connectivity or Jigini Industrial hub pricing).
· Flawless verbal communication and negotiation style.
· Warm, clear telephone manner and verbal communication in English and Kannada.
· Mandatory possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for customer site visits.
· Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction.
