We are expanding our sales operations and looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Head of Sales to build, manage, train, and scale our Inbound Telesales Team.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in telesales leadership, inbound sales, team management, coaching, and revenue growth.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader / Inbound Sales Manager who can lead a team of telesales executives handling inbound customer enquiries in Bengali and Hindi.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, coaching telecallers, monitoring KPIs, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an Inbound Telesales Team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Improve Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate.
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives through regular feedback.
- Conduct call monitoring, call audits, and quality evaluations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve sales objections.
- Develop sales scripts and objection-handling strategies.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and sales discipline.
- Generate Daily MIS, Sales Reports, and Performance Dashboards.
- Track KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to improve lead quality.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Build a positive, target-driven sales culture.
Required Experience :
3-8 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Call Centre Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as:

- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ telecallers.
