We are expanding our sales operations and looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Head of Sales to build, manage, train, and scale our Inbound Telesales Team.


This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in telesales leadership, inbound sales, team management, coaching, and revenue growth.


Position Summary :


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader / Inbound Sales Manager who can lead a team of telesales executives handling inbound customer enquiries in Bengali and Hindi.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, coaching telecallers, monitoring KPIs, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an Inbound Telesales Team.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Improve Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Executives through regular feedback.
  • Conduct call monitoring, call audits, and quality evaluations.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve sales objections.
  • Develop sales scripts and objection-handling strategies.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and sales discipline.
  • Generate Daily MIS, Sales Reports, and Performance Dashboards.
  • Track KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to improve lead quality.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
  • Build a positive, target-driven sales culture.


Required Experience :

3-8 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Call Centre Sales.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as:

  • Proven experience managing a team of 10+ telecallers.
