Job Description
Verify customer KYC documents.
Validate customer identity and address details.
Process customer onboarding and KYC updates.
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
Conduct AML and sanctions screening.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
Identify and resolve document discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Meet SLA and quality targets.
Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
