Job Responsibilities

* Promote Grest products and services to customers at the assigned store.

* Engage with walk-in customers and explain the benefits of refurbished smartphones and gadgets.

* Educate customers about product quality checks, warranty, pricing, and after-sales support.

* Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

* Maintain brand visibility and a professional customer experience.

* Coordinate with the internal team and submit daily updates.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

* Freshers can apply if they have a smart, confident, and presentable personality.

* Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, brand promotion, customer service, or electronics sales will be preferred.

* Good communication skills in Hindi are mandatory; basic English is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics will be an advantage.
