Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, arrears, and bonuses.
- Generate salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
- Time Office & Attendance ManagementMonitor daily attendance through biometric/HRMS systems.
- Maintain attendance, shift rosters, overtime, late-coming, and absenteeism records.
- Verify attendance discrepancies and regularization requests.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Manage contract labor attendance and workforce deployment records.
- Leave AdministrationMaintain leave records (CL, SL, EL, Comp-off, LWP, etc.).
- Process leave applications and update leave balances.
- Coordinate approvals with department heads.
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
- Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.
- Prepare statutory reports and support audits.
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants regarding compliance matters.
- Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
- HR OperationsMaintain employee master database and HRMS records.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and HR administration activities.

skills:-
- Qualification & ExperienceMBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or Graduate with relevant experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in Payroll, Time Office, and HR Operations.
- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Large Workforce Management preferred.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll software, and labor laws.
