Account Executive (Accounting)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities and supporting HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts:

• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Prepare invoices and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
• Support monthly and yearly account closing.

HR:

• Handle employee attendance and leave records.
• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll-related data.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee records.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, MBA (HR), or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
