Job Description
Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and other communication channels.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and EMIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries related to payments.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining service quality.
Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy.
Ensure compliance with collection guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and account updates.
