 About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for an International Voice Process (Australian Campaign) focused on Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia.

* Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

* Explain products/services and identify customer requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.

* Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into opportunities.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure support.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Good listening and problem-solving skills.

* Prior experience in International BPO, Telecalling, or Lead Generation is preferred.

* Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

* Experience in Australian, UK, or US Voice Process will be an added advantage.
