Job Title-Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process
Job Location-Gurugram – Udyog Vihar, Sector 18 (Work From Office)
Employment -TypeFull-Time
Shift Timing-24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days-6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to the PhonePe process.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.
- Eligibility Criteria-Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in voice process is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
