A leading manufacturer of cooler motors, pumps, exhaust fans, fresh air fans, and ventilation products, known for strong quality and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand distributor & dealer network across assigned territory
Handle complete distribution management, ensuring product availability and supply efficiency
Coordinate directly with vendors and channel partners for smooth operations
Drive primary & secondary sales through channel partners
Appoint new distributors/dealers and strengthen market presence
Monitor stock movement, order flow, and collections
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and vendors
Track market trends and competitor activities
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales
Strong experience in dealer & distributor handling
Experience in managing vendor coordination & supply chain alignment
Background in electrical / appliances / motors / pumps / fans preferred
Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills
