Position:* STP Supervisor (Sewage Treatment Plant Supervisor)

*Location:* Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

*Experience:* Minimum 2–3 Years

*Salary:* Up to ₹25,000 CTC (Negotiable based on Interview Performance)

# Job Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

* Monitor treatment processes and ensure efficient plant performance.

* Lead and guide STP operators and maintenance staff.

* Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems, and other equipment.

* Monitor water quality parameters and maintain compliance with operational standards.

* Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

* Maintain daily operation logs, reports, and plant records.

* Ensure optimum chemical consumption and process efficiency.

* Implement safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards within the plant.

* Coordinate with management and external agencies during inspections and audits.

# Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of STP operations and wastewater treatment processes.

* Experience in handling STP equipment, pumps, blowers, motors, and dosing systems.

* Understanding of water quality testing and process monitoring.

* Team handling and supervision skills.

* Basic troubleshooting and maintenance coordination abilities.

* Knowledge of safety, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.

* Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage manpower and shift operations effectively.

# Important Note

* The company will deduct 10% of the monthly salary as a retention amount.

* The accumulated retention amount will be released after successful completion of *2 years of continuous service* with the organization.
