Job Description
Yaadhum International Technologies is seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Operations Executive to strengthen our corporate network and placement ecosystem. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard companies for campus recruitment, internships, and job placements while maintaining strong relationships with hiring partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new companies for student placements and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Contact organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct meetings to establish placement partnerships.
- Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Schedule and organize campus interviews, virtual interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.
- Maintain a database of corporate partners, recruiters, and job opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with companies regarding current and future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with the training team to match candidates with suitable job openings.
- Coordinate candidate profiles, resumes, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Negotiate and finalize placement collaborations, MoUs, and recruitment partnerships.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on corporate outreach, partnerships, interviews, and placement conversions.
- Represent the academy at job fairs, networking events, and corporate meetings to expand employer partnerships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong networking and business development abilities.
- Experience in corporate HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve corporate onboarding targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Placement Coordination, Business Development, or Corporate Relations.
Performance Metrics
- Number of new companies onboarded each month.
- Number of active hiring partnerships established.
- Placement opportunities generated for students.
- Interview drives successfully conducted.
- Student placement conversion rate.
- Corporate relationship retention and engagement.
