Hiring: Business Development Executive

(BDE) Position: Business Development Executive

Recruitment Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Job Responsibilities *

Contact and onboard new drivers for the logistics platform.

* Generate driver leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and field references.

* Explain company benefits, incentives, and joining process to drivers. *

Guide drivers through document collection and onboarding.

* Follow up with interested drivers until activation. * Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and successful onboardings. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth driver activation.

* Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Eligibility * Female and male candidates only. *

Minimum 10th Passed. * Freshers are welcome;

experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or recruitment is an advantage.

* Good communication skills in Hindi (local language is a plus).

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones. Skills Required

* Strong communication and convincing skills. * Target-oriented and self-motivated. * Good follow-up and relationship-building ability. * Positive attitude and teamwork.

Salary & Benefits * Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:00PM
