Job Description

  1. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  2. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with partners.
  3. Resolve partner queries and provide operational support.
  4. Monitor channel performance and recommend improvement plans.
  5. Organize product and sales training programs for channel partners.
  6. Educate partners on insurance products, compliance requirements, and sales processes.
  7. Support partners in customer acquisition and policy closures.
  8. Drive sales of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and related products.
  9. Track sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  10. Generate leads and support partners in converting prospects into customers.
