Job Description

  1. Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Train and supervise staff effectively.
  3. Set sales targets and ensure achievement.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  5. Maintain high-quality jewelry display and presentation in the store.
  6. Manage inventory (stock), including ordering and monitoring stock levels.
  7. Evaluate (appraise) jewelry from customers and handle purchasing.
  8. Guide customers in selecting jewelry and advise on its care.
  9. Ensure store security, including CCTV and other safety measures.
  10. Plan promotional events or sales to attract customers.
  11. Stay updated with the latest jewelry industry trends.
  12. Conduct regular financial audits, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
  13. Develop and implement innovative ideas to increase sales.
  14. Follow reporting structure – report to HR Manager / Senior Management.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  16. Analyze sales reports and overall performance.
