Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Prepare and review drawings, layouts, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
Review and approve design changes and technical submissions.
Mentor junior architects and design team members.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of local building regulations and codes.
